About us
Classic. Familiar. Portuguese. A few words to describe Bartolo in an all-encompassing manner. When we first started in September 2023, we began our operations as a bakehouse.
Over time, we evolved, offering up classic Portuguese dishes that have been tried and tested by me, a chef I brought in for the span of seven months, and my mother, who eventually made her way here and helped in refining the dishes you see here today.
At its heart, Bartolo has become a space for congregation – be it for lunch & dinner, events, live music, or to try our baked goods. I’m not going to sell it further. Come over and try it for yourself. – David
