Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with guests
  • Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of breads, buns, rolls, croissants, muffins, and other bakery items while following recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency and quality, and monitoring all proofing, baking, and cooling processes.
